Ramgarh Engineering College (REC), part of the Techno India Group, continues to strengthen its placement legacy with the successful conduct of a campus recruitment drive by AAAPL & BAGLA Group, a reputed automotive and core engineering manufacturing organization in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
Held on December 11 at the REC campus, the placement drive provided final-year engineering students with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with industry professionals and showcase their technical and professional competencies. Students from multiple engineering disciplines participated enthusiastically in the well-structured recruitment process.
AAAPL & BAGLA Group, known for its expertise in die casting, electrical and electronics, fasteners, and refrigeration solutions, conducted a rigorous selection procedure comprising aptitude assessment, technical evaluation, and personal interviews. Out of 60 students who appeared for the process, an impressive 51 students were shortlisted, highlighting the strong academic foundation, practical exposure, and industry-oriented training imparted at REC.
The recruiters commended the students for their technical clarity, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. The selected candidates expressed excitement at the opportunity to begin their careers with a leading core manufacturing group.
As per the company’s structured hiring policy, the selected students will start their professional journey as Interns, progress to Apprentices after six months, and subsequently advance to the role of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) after completing 18 months from their Date of Joining, ensuring systematic career growth and skill enhancement.
The successful placement drive once again underscored REC’s strong industry–academia collaboration. The Training & Placement Cell played a key role in planning and executing the drive, while faculty members provided continuous guidance and encouragement to the students throughout the process.
