On December 3, 2024, Chaibasa Engineering College, part of Techno India group, hosted an inspiring Campus Connect Session organized by the TCS CSR Unit as part of their Youth Employment Program (YEP) 2024. Over 100 students from the 3rd and 4th years of the B.Tech program participated, gaining valuable insights into the corporate world and future job opportunities.
TCS representatives emphasised how crucial it is to develop essential skills and maintain flexibility in the ever-evolving job sector. Students were better able to comprehend the potential and difficulties that await them in the working world thanks to this coaching.

A special feedback session allowed TCS officials to engage with final-year students, gathering their perspectives on the ongoing YEP training program. This interaction ensures that the initiative continues to evolve to meet students’ needs.
One of the session’s highlights was an extempore competition, where six students showcased exceptional communication skills and received Certificates of Appreciation for their outstanding performances.
The Training & Placement Cell of Chaibasa Engineering College successfully coordinated the event, highlighting strong industry-academia collaboration. The college expressed gratitude to the TCS YEP Team, including Kishor Roy Pramanik and Ashoke Jana, for their efforts in equipping students with essential skills, marking a significant step toward preparing future tech leaders and bridging the gap between education and employment.
