At just 18 years old, the twins have become shining examples of how consistency and self-belief can shape success. Spending nearly eight to nine hours daily on focused preparation, they concentrated on building conceptual clarity and strengthening fundamentals – values that have always been encouraged within the academic environment of Techno India Group Public School. Their disciplined routine and commitment to independent learning reflected the strong educational foundation nurtured by the school.
Speaking about their preparation strategy, As Sagnik shared, “We did not use social media accounts; we used only YouTube for lectures,” highlighting how the brothers consciously avoided distractions and remained completely focused on their academic goals. Among all subjects, Physics remained one of his favourites because of its logical thinking, numerical applications, and problem-solving nature, which constantly challenged him to think analytically and stay curious.
Ritam shared “AI tools can be revolutionary for students because they simplify difficult topics to understand and improve conceptual clarity.” highlighted the growing importance of artificial intelligence in education, sharing how AI-powered tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Google Gemini helped simplify difficult concepts and strengthen conceptual clarity during preparation. He also expressed his deep interest in Physics, appreciating the subject for its balance of logic, reasoning, and practical application in real-life situations.
Having already appeared for Joint Entrance Examination – Main and currently preparing for Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced, Sagnik and Ritam are determined to keep every opportunity open for the future. While their primary goal remains medicine and securing admission to AIIMS Delhi, they are equally passionate about technology and innovation. If circumstances lead them elsewhere, they are considering Computer Science Engineering at premier institutions such as Indian Institutes of Technology and National Institutes of Technology, with institutions like National Institute of Technology Durgapur and National Institute of Technology Rourkela being among their preferred choices because of their proximity to home.
