Kochi, December 2024 – The 55th Indian Valuers Congress, organized by the Institution of Valuers (IOV), concluded successfully in the vibrant city of Kochi. Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson of Techno India Group, had the distinct honor of chairing the Valedictory Session titled “Success Stories: Motivating Insights.” The session, moderated by Mr. Mahendra Kakule, IOV Valuer Member, featured inspiring narratives by esteemed professionals such as Ms. B. K. Aruna, Author & Registered Valuer, and Mr. Sujesh Nair, Chartered Engineer & Registered Valuer.
