Kolkata | August 2026: AIC Techno hosted the first orientation session for its inaugural cohort of incubation and acceleration startups, bringing together founders, ideas and opportunities as the startups began their entrepreneurial journey. The session served as an important first step for the cohort, offering founders an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the incubation ecosystem, connect with fellow entrepreneurs and gain a clearer understanding of the journey ahead.
The session was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Goutam RoyChowdhury, Rama Iyer and Pankaj Diwan as Guests of Honour along with Meghdut RoyChowdhury, Chief Mentor of AIC Techno and Executive Director & Chief Innovation Officer of Techno India Group.. Their presence added significance to the occasion, as they interacted with the participating founders and encouraged them to approach entrepreneurship with confidence, curiosity and a strong focus on creating meaningful impact. The interaction also highlighted the importance of guidance, collaboration and a supportive ecosystem in helping early-stage ventures navigate their growth journey.
The keynote address was delivered by Ravindra Chamaria, who shared valuable perspectives on entrepreneurship, growth and the journey of building sustainable ventures. The orientation also marked the announcement of AIC Techno’s partnership with Dr. Rama Iyer and Pankaj Diwan, who will support the startups through investor connections, activities and opportunities.
