In a world where the rush of deadlines often overshadows self-care, Monoshij—the mental health and wellbeing initiative of Techno India Group—has emerged as a steady voice reminding us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. Continuing its thoughtful journey toward building a mentally resilient community, Monoshij recently hosted an inspiring wellness session titled “Saturday Vibes with Indrani Sinha” on October 25, 2025.
The afternoon brought together students, faculty, and wellness enthusiasts eager to explore self-healing through the insights of Ms. Indrani Sinha, an internationally acclaimed wellness consultant and holistic coach. With over three decades of experience, Ms. Sinha’s credentials include being the first certified Life Between Lives hypnotherapist from the Michael Newton Institute, USA in the Middle East, where she now serves as Director of Public Engagement and Advisory Council Member. Her work has been showcased in the Amazon Prime documentary “Journey into the Souls,” and she also hosts the Wisdom Series podcast.
The event began with a warm introduction by Mrs. Sukanya Bose, who seamlessly guided the flow of the session. Ms. Sritama Ghosh, Counselling Psychologist at Monoshij, led an ice-breaking activity that set an open, reflective tone. Participants shared memories of festive moments and the emotions tied to returning to routine life, creating an intimate space of trust and empathy.
At the heart of Ms. Sinha’s session was the SHIFT framework—Self-Healing In-finite Transformation. She drew a fascinating comparison between the human mind and technology, explaining that if the brain is our hardware, the mind is the software we can update and refine. Through self-assessment exercises covering health, relationships, career, and abundance, participants identified their emotional strengths and growth areas.
Ms. Sinha beautifully articulated how unhappiness often stems from three sources—others’ actions, situational factors, and self-blame—and emphasized that the only true control we possess lies in our response. Her message was simple yet profound: transformation begins with self-awareness and conscious choice.
From the “Write and Burn” technique to the Mirror Exercise and Vision Board Creation, Ms. Sinha provided practical ways to release emotional burdens and cultivate positivity. Participants also explored guided visualization and meditation as daily anchors for mental clarity.
Her insights on the 21-40-90 day rule of habit formation resonated deeply—encouraging participants to start small and build consistency rather than perfection. The conversation on joy and gratitude as catalysts for motivation added a refreshing touch of optimism to the scientific framework.
Beyond its immediate impact, “Saturday Vibes” represents Monoshij’s larger commitment—to weave mental wellness into the fabric of campus life. These sessions, held twice a month, serve as safe, nurturing spaces where learning meets healing.
Through Monoshij, members of the Techno India community can access counselling, guided workshops, and a growing repository of psychological resources. Under the guidance of professionals like Ms. Sritama Ghosh, the initiative continues to spark meaningful conversations about self-awareness, resilience, and holistic growth.
As the session drew to a close, Ms. Sinha left everyone with words that lingered long after: “What your inner self knows, takes the outer self time to understand. And the journey of time teaches you the rules of life.” Her reminder perfectly echoed Monoshij’s vision—to make wellness not a one-time goal, but a continuous, compassionate journey.
Through initiatives like Saturday Vibes, the Techno India Group reaffirms its belief that education is not only about intellectual development but also emotional empowerment. Because a healthy mind, after all, is the foundation of every great idea, invention, and dream.
