I think the most important part is to love your work and be passionate about what you’re doing. Fall in love with the creative process.”
Pramita emphasised on the crucial role of mental fortitude in this demanding yet rewarding field. “The need of the hour in this industry is to have a very strong mindset. If you have a good understanding of what the animation industry is like and you’re prepared from day one, you’ll be good. Don’t ever give up on learning – it’s a lifelong process.”
