The session started with a deliberation by our very own Manoshi Madam. Though she isn’t an expert of AI, but very lucidly explained to all the non-academic staff the landscape of digital transformation. She mentioned that we had started transforming during the covid days. When the entire world came to a standstill, how we took baby steps and adopted technology to set the ball rolling, again. She even mentioned that even if AI is the most trending thing, we should not lose the humane touch. It is after all Humans who design and run technology. She immensely appreciated the efforts of such a program being designed and organized that would enable the staff to be more efficient and productive. She inspired each and every participant to be Life Long Learners.

After a very short break, there was a session with Prof. Rupa Mukherjee. She took an enriching session on Unplugging Work Dynamics. She covered aspects of interpersonal behavior in order to maintain harmony at workplace, how to be a team – player, how to deal with our stakeholders and the essence of transactional analysis. These are topics that we deal with in our everyday lives and hence her session was educational as well as elevating.
