ASMi Business School Takes Over Malaysia – An International Study Tour

ASMi Business School conducted their first international study tour with their MBA students from 18th September till 22nd September, and it was a grand adventure. This trip was the perfect opportunity for them to explore the business environment at INTI International University; from engaging with industry experts, participating in enlightening sessions, and applying their classroom learning to real world business challenges.

The students’ journey began with a thrilling flight to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Upon arrival, they wasted no time immersing themselves in the city’s rich history. A visit to Merdeka Square, the birthplace of Malaysian independence, served as a fitting introduction. They then drove past iconic landmarks like the Old City Center, Menara Kuala Lumpur, and the majestic Petronas Twin Towers, capturing the essence of the bustling metropolis. After checking into their comfortable accommodations at Ibis Styles Fraser Business Park, they indulged in delicious Indian cuisine at Havelly Restaurant.

The second day was a blend of academic and cultural exploration. The students visited INTI International University, gaining valuable insights into the Malaysian education system. They continued their culinary journey at Havelly Restaurant, savoring the authentic flavors of Malaysia. The afternoon was dedicated to exploring Chinatown, a vibrant hub of culture and commerce. A visit to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers capped off the day, offering breathtaking views of the city.

Day three was a day of leisure, allowing the students to explore Kuala Lumpur at their own pace. They had the opportunity to indulge in shopping, visit local attractions, or simply relax and soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere.

The final day of the tour was packed with cultural experiences. The students visited the Royal Selangor Pewter Factory, where they witnessed the intricate craftsmanship of pewter products. After a satisfying lunch at Havelly Restaurant, they embarked on a tour of the Beryl’s Chocolate Factory, indulging their sweet tooth. The day concluded with a visit to the picturesque City of Putrajaya, a modern administrative center known for its stunning architecture. As the sun set, the students departed for Kuala Lumpur International Airport, carrying with them unforgettable memories of their Malaysian adventure.
