Ramgarh Engineering College witnessed an engaging and idea-driven morning as the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) conducted a Problem-Solution Session aimed at strengthening students’ analytical and creative abilities. Held at the CSE Smart Classroom, the session drew enthusiastic participation from students across departments.
The event was smoothly coordinated by the organizing committee—Dr. Ayani Nandi, Mr. Pallab Das, Mrs. Komal Kumari, and Mr. Gourab Dutta—whose teamwork ensured a seamless and productive experience for all attendees.
Sixteen student groups took the stage, presenting innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Their ideas reflected originality, practicality, and a strong understanding of societal needs. Beyond just presentations, the event encouraged teamwork, critical thinking, and the ability to translate classroom knowledge into impactful solutions—core values promoted by the IIC.

The judging panel—Kh. Kamal Ahmed and Mr. Nilesh Kumar—evaluated each team on creativity, feasibility, technical strength, and clarity. They also offered insightful feedback, motivating students to refine and expand their ideas.
Principal Dr. Sharbani Roy praised the initiative, saying, “Such problem-solution sessions play a vital role in nurturing critical thinking, creativity, and innovation among students.” Vice-Principal Dr. Nazmul Islam added, “This platform enables students to convert theoretical knowledge into practical solutions. It is encouraging to see such active student involvement in innovation-driven activities.”
The session concluded on an inspiring note, leaving students energized and more confident in their abilities to ideate, collaborate, and innovate. By fostering a spirit of creativity and experiential learning, Ramgarh Engineering College continues to strengthen its culture of innovation and encourage young minds to think beyond the ordinary.
