Kolkata | August 6, 2026: Techno India University, hosted the two-day Dell Campus Quest – Back to College on August 5 and 6, bringing together esports, gaming, artificial intelligence and interactive technology experiences for students. Organised by Dell Technologies, the campus experience offered students an engaging platform to compete, explore AI tools and participate in technology-driven activities.
The event featured esports tournaments in Forza Horizon, EA FC 26, Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6, alongside an interactive AI Creator Zone. Students participated in gaming challenges and AI-powered activities including prompt battles, AI quizzes, poster creation and AI self-portraits. The programme also included EMCEE- and AI trainer-led trivia, giveaways and trainer interactions, creating an energetic and interactive campus atmosphere.
The AI Creator Zone gave students an opportunity to experiment with creative applications of artificial intelligence in a fun and accessible setting. The combination of competitive gaming and hands-on AI activities encouraged students to engage with emerging technologies beyond the classroom.
The esports competitions concluded with the recognition of the winning participants. In Tekken 8, Syed Kashafullah emerged as the winner, while Niraj Kumar Agarwal secured the runner-up position. In EA FC 26, Soumak Ghosh won the tournament, with Puspal Bag finishing as runner-up.
In Street Fighter 6, Swapnil Chatterjee emerged victorious, followed by Alraz Karim as runner-up. Soumak Ghosh also secured the top position in Forza Horizon, while Niraj Kumar Agarwal was recognised as runner-up.
Beyond the competitions, the event created an interactive space where students could connect with technology in new and creative ways. The activities encouraged participation, experimentation and collaboration, making the campus experience both engaging and informative.
