DDU-GKY: TIG Helps 40 MP Youth Begin Careers in Ahmedabad

In a significant step toward empowering rural youth through skill development, DDU-GKY Madhya Pradesh Rajya Grameen Aajeevika Mission is so proud to announce a new success story. On September 4, 2025, a batch of 40 candidates from PIA Techno India Group, Indore Centre, embarked on their professional journey to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, where they will join Care Essentials Pvt. Ltd. for their new roles.

This milestone showcases the mission’s commitment to rural youth employment and sustainable livelihood opportunity. DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana), a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, aims to transform the lives of rural youth aged 15–35 years by equipping them with job-ready skills. In Madhya Pradesh, the program is implemented by the Rajya Grameen Aajeevika Mission, bridging the gap between rural talent and industry demand.

The selected candidates have undergone intensive skill development training under PIA Techno India’s structured program. Training modules focused on technical skills, workplace behaviour and communication to ensure these youth are fully prepared to step into the organized sector. Their placement with Care Essentials Pvt. Ltd. Is not just a job, it is a pathway to economic empowerment, financial Independence and a brighter future for their families.
