Bipasha Mondal: TIG Educator Among India’s Top 10 to Visit London’s Science Museum

In a moment of immense pride for Techno India Group (TIG), Bipasha Mondal, a dedicated teacher from Techno India Group Public School, Techno City Panchpota, Garia, has been chosen as one of only ten teachers from India to visit the prestigious Science Museum Group in London.

This remarkable opportunity is part of the ‘STEM Engagement and Learning’ project, funded and supported by the GREAT Challenge Fund, an initiative of the Government of the United Kingdom. The visit is scheduled to take place from 2nd to 8th March 2025, and it aims to equip STEM professionals from India with insights into best practices in Science Communication and Learning from one of the UK’s foremost institutions.

During her visit, Bipasha Mondal will engage in an enriching program that includes a comprehensive tour of gallery spaces and special exhibitions, as well as meaningful interactions with the museum’s Curatorial, Audience Research and Insights, Learning, and Academy teams. In addition, she will visit aligned institutions across the UK to gain a deeper understanding of techniques in collection care, management, and audience engagement.

Beyond gaining knowledge, Mondal’s expertise and experience in STEM education will also be shared with the Science Museum Group, helping to refine their global engagement approach. This unique two-way exchange underscores the collaborative spirit and international respect for educators like Mondal, who are making significant contributions to STEM education in India.

Her selection for this prestigious program is a testament to her dedication and innovation in education, and it brings honour not just to her but also to the entire Techno India Group community. We are incredibly proud to see one of our own represent India on the global stage, and we wish her all the best on this inspiring journey.
