Kolkata, India – Techno India University, West Bengal, recently concluded its highly successful IEEE International Conference on Computer, Electrical, and Communication Engineering (ICCECE) 2025, held February 7th and 8th. The two-day event showcased groundbreaking research and fostered collaboration among academics and industry professionals from around the globe.
The conference boasted an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, including Prof. Debmalya Panigrahi from Duke University, USA, who shared his latest research insights. Other distinguished speakers included leading academics from prestigious Indian institutions: Prof. Shankar Prakriya (IIT Delhi), Prof. Sridharan Devarajan (IISc Bangalore), Prof. Kanungo Barada Mohanty (NIT Rourkela), Prof. T. V. Vijay Kumar (JNU), Prof. Nikhil R. Pal (ISI Kolkata), and Prof. Samiran Chattopadhyay (Vice-Chancellor, Techno India University and ex-Professor, Jadavpur University). These experts addressed a packed auditorium of researchers, doctoral candidates, and PhD aspirants, presenting cutting-edge work across their respective fields.


ICCECE 2025 emphasized practical application and real-world problem-solving. Prior to the conference, on February 6th, tutorial sessions led by industry experts Avikal Goel (Microsoft) and Sarthak Gupta (Google) provided undergraduate students with valuable insights into industry trends, internship opportunities, and strategies for developing fundable projects. Goel highlighted the importance of fundamental engineering principles, while Gupta emphasized the need for broad domain knowledge in today’s professional landscape.

The conference also celebrated India’s rich cultural heritage. During the Chancellor’s Conclave, renowned artist Rupankar Bagchi performed for an audience of distinguished international guests.



With a rigorous 24% acceptance rate, ICCECE 2025 ensured the presentation of high-quality research. Participants hailed from across India and represented countries including the United States, Turkey, Morocco, Botswana, and Nepal.
