Welcoming the gathering, Tapas Mukherjee said, “Warmly welcoming all candidates to the Pranab Mukherjee Scholarship Examination, I congratulate students from Malda, Darjeeling, Uttar Dinajpur, and across West Bengal, and extend my sincere gratitude to the teachers, scholars, and parents for their support and presence.”
Addressing the students, Prof. Manosi Roychowdhury highlighted the importance of values and compassion, stating, “Empathy and compassion mean helping others selflessly, even at the cost of personal gain. True growth lies in uplifting others with integrity, while cherishing school days and friendships that shape lifelong happiness. Wherever you go, give your best and enjoy the journey.”
Prof. Subrata Ghosh encouraged students to focus on growth beyond marks, remarking, “At the initial stage, the courage to move forward matters more than success or failure. Your rank does not define you—what truly matters is connection, communication, and shared learning. Education goes beyond academics, and every individual’s strength plays a role in collective growth.”

Motivating the students for their future journey, Dr. Chiranjib Bhattacharya said, “Follow your passion and choose the path you truly enjoy, as that is where you can excel the most. Do not let external pressures shape your decisions—prioritise what you love. As you step into higher education, move forward with confidence and never compromise on your dreams. Best wishes to all of you.”
Students from both the Secondary and Higher Secondary categories were honoured during the ceremony.

By recognising talent at an early stage, the initiative reinforces the idea that success is not merely defined by marks but by perseverance, self-belief, and the willingness to keep learning. The PMSE platform encourages students to step beyond conventional boundaries and evaluate their own potential in a competitive yet supportive environment.
The Pranab Mukherjee Scholarship Examination is a significant educational initiative by Techno India Group, aimed at encouraging talented students across the state and motivating them to pursue higher education.
