Through the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), the Group has proudly recorded the highest number of successful placements to date, reaffirming its commitment to empowering rural youth, especially women.
The highlight of this achievement was the Offer Letter Distribution Ceremony, held on July 21, 2025, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as 70 young women received offer letters from Care Essentials International Pvt. Ltd., Sanand, Gujarat, for roles in Manufacturing and Logistics. For many, this wasn’t just a job offer — it was the first step toward independence, self-worth, and a better tomorrow. With a monthly gross salary of ₹19,000, these opportunities carry the promise of financial stability and dignity.
Behind this success lies months of training, mentorship, and tireless dedication. These young women, hailing from rural backgrounds, have overcome personal, social, and economic challenges to stand tall today. Their journey is a reflection of what the right support, guidance, and platform can do.
