In a moment of pride and celebration, Techno India Group in collaboration with the Institute of Computer Engineers (ICEI) ,Indore, has achieved a historic milestone — the highest number of successful placements under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) to date. With unwavering dedication to skill development and youth empowerment, the institutions have successfully launched the careers of 70 aspiring rural candidates, a testament to their commitment to inclusive and impactful education.
The placement drive was a culmination of months of rigorous training, mentorship, and support, made possible by the vision of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, which aims to transform rural youth into an empowered, skilled workforce.
Out of the 70 offer letters distributed during a celebratory event: 47 candidates have been placed at Care Essentials Pvt. Ltd. in Motada, Ahmedabad, where they will be joining as Operators. These candidates are embarking on a transformative journey, moving from their hometowns in rural India to Gujarat, equipped with professional training and a sense of purpose.
10 candidates are heading to Blinkit in Raigarh, Maharashtra, stepping into roles in one of India’s fastest-growing quick commerce platforms. For many, it is their first step into a rapidly evolving tech-driven industry.
The remaining 13 candidates have secured placements locally in Madhya Pradesh, reflecting the flexibility of the program in creating opportunities both within and beyond the state.
This diversified placement landscape shows how the DDU-GKY program is preparing youth to be industry-ready and mobile, giving them a wider horizon for employment.
The offer letter distribution and alumni meet event was not just a formal affair — it was an emotional gathering filled with smiles, handshakes, gratitude, and aspirations.
