Students of TIGPS Garia attended the Inaugural Programme of Bon Mahotsav 2024 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.The inaugural programme of Bon Mahotsav 2024 was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervour at the historic Eden Gardens in Kolkata. This event marked the beginning of a significant environmental initiative aimed at promoting afforestation and biodiversity conservation across the region. With an impressive investment of INR 800 crore, the event symbolized a strong commitment to enhancing green cover and promoting ecological resilience throughout the area.

For the students of Techno India Group Public School (TIGPS), the event was an enriching and significant experience. Participating in such a large-scale environmental initiative provided them with valuable insights into the importance of ecological conservation and the impact of collective action.

The event commenced with a ceremonial collection of water from various rivers, a symbolic act performed in the presence of prominent environmentalists, government officials, and local dignitaries.
