Techno India Group Public School, Nabagram Honors Healthcare Heroes on Doctor’s Day

Techno India Group Public School, Nabagram, celebrated Doctor’s Day with immense enthusiasm and a spirit of learning across its primary section, from Balvatika I to Class II. The day was dedicated to honoring the real-life heroes who tirelessly care for our health.

The celebration was thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate activities, ensuring that even the youngest students grasped the significance of the medical profession.

Budding Medics in Balvatika I to III

Our littlest learners in Balvatika I to III eagerly stepped into the shoes of doctors through a series of fun-filled and interactive activities. They engaged in “Doctor Introduction & Health Tips,” where each child introduced themselves as a doctor and shared simple yet vital health advice, such as “Wash hands before and after meals,” “Drink plenty of water,” and “Wear a mask in crowded areas.”

A “Doctor’s Check-Up” role-play brought a mini-clinic to life in their classrooms, allowing the children to experience the dynamics of a doctor’s visit. The highlight for many was the creative and joyful “Doctor Doll” craft activity, where students proudly made their own adorable doctor figures.

Awareness and Creativity in Classes I & II

Students in Class I demonstrated their understanding by speaking three meaningful lines about the importance of doctors. They also engaged in a crucial discussion about the role of a First Aid Box in emergencies, fostering an early sense of preparedness.

Meanwhile, Class II students showcased their artistic talents by creating colorful paper crafts dedicated to Doctor’s Day. They also meticulously made models of First Aid Boxes, further solidifying their understanding of essential medical tools. To express their appreciation, these students delivered impactful five-line speeches about doctors and their invaluable service to society.

Creative Expressions from Classes III to V

Older students, from Classes III to V, contributed to the celebration by creating vibrant and informative posters on Doctor’s Day, adding another layer of artistic expression to the event.

The day was a resounding success, beautifully combining creativity, health awareness, and profound respect. It successfully instilled in the students a deep understanding of the vital and compassionate role doctors play in our lives, leaving everyone with a heightened appreciation for these everyday heroes.
