The inauguration, held eight days ahead of the main festival, formally set in motion a series of pre-final competitions and cultural events that will run through the lead-up to the grand finale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests of Honour<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seema\u00a0Aind, Block Development Officer (BDO) of\u00a0Jhinkpani<\/strong>, graced the occasion as the chief guest<\/strong>. She was joined by Rajeeb Ranjan Mishra, Officer-in-Charge of\u00a0Jhinkpani\u00a0Police Station<\/strong> and Dr. Jaganath Hembrom, Medical Officer-in-Charge (MOIC) of\u00a0Jhinkpani<\/strong>, as distinguished guests.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Theme Will Reflect in Every Segment,’ Says Principal<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcoming the guests, the\u00a0Principal\u00a0(In-Charge) of\u00a0Chaibasa\u00a0Engineering College underlined the institution’s commitment to<\/strong> the women empowerment theme<\/strong>, noting that it would be visible across every segment of the festival. He pointed out that the lineup of performing artists this year features more women than men, the organising faculty committee is led by a woman faculty member – Prof. Epil Jerai – and the chief guest herself is a woman officer serving in public administration.\u00a0<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She made a special appeal to young women, urging them to step forward in large numbers, asserting that active participation is the surest path to empowerment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In what became the most memorable moment of the ceremony,\u00a0Aind\u00a0offered a deeply personal perspective on role models. “You don’t need to look far for inspiration.
