To honour her achievement, Techno India University organized a felicitation ceremony<\/strong> celebrating her inspiring journey from being an ECE student to achieving success in the prestigious civil services examination. The event marked a proud moment for the entire TIU community and highlighted the institution\u2019s role in nurturing ambition, leadership, and perseverance among its students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Manoshi RoyChowdhury<\/a><\/strong>, Co-Chairperson of Techno India Group<\/strong>, expressed immense pride in Juhi\u2019s accomplishment and the inspiration it brings to the university community. \u201cJuhi Das has made not only herself proud but the entire Techno India University community. Her resilience and determination since her first attempt in 2022 truly reflect the spirit of believing in one\u2019s dreams and proving that women can achieve anything they aspire to. An engaging interactive session between Juhi Das and<\/strong> Prof. Dr. Sujoy Biswas<\/a><\/strong>, Registrar, TIU and CEO, Techno India Group<\/strong>, was held during the event, where Juhi shared insights into her UPSC preparation journey. She spoke about the challenges she faced, the discipline required during preparation, and the personal struggles that shaped her path to success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharing her experience, Juhi Das<\/strong> said: \u201cI still remember the moment when I saw my name – Juhi Das… on the list. I was overwhelmed with emotions after years of hard work, failures, and many ups and downs. I immediately went to a temple to thank God for finally helping me sail through the journey.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women empowerment has always been a strong motivation for me. Watching my mother\u2019s strength inspired me to believe that if I ever had the power, I would use it to empower others, especially women.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The UPSC examination demands immense discipline and endurance. In the written exam, you must write two pages in seven minutes and complete around 110 pages in six hours. That level of speed and focus is essential.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were moments when I wanted to stop, but my sister encouraged me by saying, \u2018Didi, one last time,\u2019 <\/strong>which gave me the strength to try again…<\/em> To anyone aspiring for civil services, I would say: understand what the service stands for and cultivate qualities like discipline, perseverance, compassion, and empathy. At the same time, follow your passion and avoid herd mentality.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Techno India University played a significant role in shaping my journey.
