Dumka Engineering College<\/strong>, a part of Techno India Group<\/strong>, hosted a highly engaging and insightful Industry\u2013Institute Interaction (I\u2013I\u2013I) Session on 25 November 2025<\/strong>. Conducted by the JIO Center, Dumka, the session was exclusively designed for first-year B.Tech students, offering them an early window into employability skills, real-world job opportunities, and the rapidly evolving landscape of telecommunication technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by\u00a0Mr. Rajat Srivastava<\/a><\/strong>, Senior Manager, JIO Center<\/strong> Dumka, and\u00a0Mr. Vivek Kumar<\/strong>, Assistant Manager, the programme provided students with a clear understanding of the dynamic telecom sector. The speakers highlighted the increasing demand for engineering graduates in areas such as 5G deployment, optical fiber technology, network security, cloud services, digital infrastructure, IoT applications, and AI-driven communication systems. They reinforced that telecom remains one of India\u2019s largest recruiters of skilled engineers, making it a promising career domain for young technologists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key highlight of the session was JIO\u2019s discussion on its collaboration with\u00a0Google Gemini<\/strong>, which includes the Google Gemini Pro Plan (18-month validity) for all JIO Unlimited 5G users.
