Students from the<\/strong> School of Future<\/a><\/strong>, ASMi Business School<\/a><\/strong>, recently wrapped up a two-day workshop by<\/strong> Monoshij<\/a><\/strong>, focused on boosting assertiveness, emotional clarity, and conflict-management skills\u2014and it was nothing short of transformative.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the very first session, students were encouraged to pause and reflect on how they communicate\u2014what triggers them, how they react under pressure, and how their tone, words, and body language influence interactions.<\/strong><\/em> Self-awareness exercises helped them figure out whether their natural style is passive, aggressive, or assertively confident\u2014and what changes could make their communication more effective.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
