The IPR Club<\/a> of Ramgarh Engineering College<\/a> (REC)<\/strong>, a part of the Techno India Group<\/a><\/strong>, under the supervision of the Institution\u2019s Innovation Council (IIC)<\/strong>, in collaboration with the Google Developer Group<\/a> (GDG) on Campus \u2013 REC<\/strong>, successfully hosted the Hack2Hire Ideathon 2025<\/em> to celebrate National Education Day<\/strong>. The event served as a vibrant platform to promote innovation<\/strong>, technology-driven learning<\/strong>, and entrepreneurial thinking<\/strong> among aspiring engineers and young technocrats. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hack2Hire Ideathon<\/strong> aimed to inspire creativity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving by encouraging participants to develop prototype solutions across domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/strong>, Machine Learning (ML)<\/strong>, Cybersecurity<\/strong>, Renewable Energy<\/strong>, and Smart Systems<\/strong>. Students from various engineering departments participated with enthusiasm, presenting innovative ideas that could drive industrial, societal, and environmental transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Dr. Sharbani Roy<\/strong>, Principal of Ramgarh Engineering College, who emphasized the importance of fostering an innovation ecosystem within the campus. \u201cThe Ideathon reflects our commitment to nurturing innovation and creative thinking among our students. The Ideathon truly showcases the spirit of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning that defines our institution.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 32 teams<\/strong> from diverse engineering disciplines, the event witnessed exceptional energy and teamwork. Mentors from Google Developer Group<\/strong> and industry experts<\/strong> guided students through coding best practices<\/strong>, design thinking<\/strong>, UI\/UX development<\/strong>, and startup readiness<\/strong>, offering them real-world insights and mentorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After multiple evaluation rounds including idea screening<\/strong>, technical validation<\/strong>, and final presentations<\/strong>, the top three teams were awarded for their outstanding performance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
