Ramgarh, 29 July 2025<\/em> \u2013 In a heartening display of community care and health awareness, Ramgarh Engineering College <\/a><\/strong>(REC), ap part of Techno India Group<\/a><\/strong>, hosted a Free Eye Check-up Camp for its students, faculty, staff, and nearby villagers. Organized jointly by the NSS Cell<\/a> and the Institution\u2019s Innovation Council<\/a> (IIC), in collaboration with IRIS Superspeciality Eye Hospital<\/a>, the camp saw over 150 individuals benefit from free eye care services.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set up on the college campus, the camp was more than just a health drive\u2014it was a step towards integrating wellness into education. A team of experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists from IRIS Superspeciality Hospital provided comprehensive eye screenings, specialist consultations, and preventive care advice. <\/strong>For many participants, this was their first opportunity to receive professional eye care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Nazmul Islam,<\/strong> Vice Principal of REC<\/em>, inaugurated the camp and spoke on the importance of good health in nurturing innovation and learning. \u201cHealth is the foundation of learning and innovation. This eye camp is a commendable initiative that reflects our commitment to student well-being and social responsibility,\u201d<\/em> he said, praising the collective efforts of the organizers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
