As Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury<\/a><\/strong>, Co-Chairperson of Techno India Group<\/strong> and the visionary behind Labonnyo<\/em><\/strong>, said so passionately: “Time and again, women have had to fight twice as hard to claim their space and prove their worth. Labonnyo is our tribute to those who rise above barriers with courage, compassion, and purpose. Through this platform, we honour their journeys and celebrate the power of womanhood in shaping a more inclusive and inspired world.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A captivating dance performance by the talented students of Techno India Public School<\/strong> set the tone for the evening \u2014 vibrant, expressive, and full of grace. The Chief Guest of the evening<\/strong>, Dr. Shashi Panja<\/a><\/strong>, Minister of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare of West Bengal<\/strong>, added depth to the evening with her warm and emotional words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflecting on the essence of Labonnyo<\/em>, she said: \u201cLabannoyo \u2014 the word itself means a glance, beauty, and everything positive. And that\u2019s exactly what this initiative stands for. It\u2019s a beautiful idea, brought to life by an equally beautiful couple \u2014 Gautam Roychowdhury and Manoshi Roychowdhury. God bless them for dreaming something so meaningful. Labannoyo is more than just a project; it\u2019s a tribute to their journey, and a hopeful look at the future. The highest honour of the evening \u2014 the Devi Lifetime Achievement Award<\/strong> \u2014 was conferred upon Smt. Nayantara Pal Chowdhury<\/a><\/strong>, Diplomatic Envoy<\/strong>. As someone who has seen decades of change, challenges, and quiet victories, her voice carried both grace and conviction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She reminded everyone of a powerful truth: “I strongly believe that behind every successful woman, there is always another woman. Every time a woman stands up for herself, she unknowingly stands up for all women. Every woman\u2019s success should be an inspiration for another. And my friend, that is so very true \u2014 believe me, we women are the largest untapped reservoir of talent in the world.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
